We are excited to share that our work to develop and characterize pyrrole-based positive allosteric modulator (PAM)-antagonists of the D3 dopamine receptor has been published in The Journal of Medicinal Chemistry. Group members Feijun Wang, Amber Kelley and Disha Ghandi contributed to the extensive structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies and the pharmacology was directed by our partners in the Sibley lab.
